Shipping Policy
When can I expect to receive my shipment?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of being placed. International orders are sent by DHL Express, and the estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout. Delays can happen if a shipment needs customs clearance or inspection, or if the carrier is delayed.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a DHL tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your shipment at dhl.com.
What are your shipping rates?
Rates depend on the size and weight of your parcel and on the destination. Live DHL Express rates are calculated at checkout as soon as you enter your address, so you see the full shipping cost before you pay.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
Shipping costs do not include import duties or taxes. These are set by the customs authority of the destination country and are paid by the recipient on arrival.
Orders in Lebanon
Orders within Lebanon are collected free of charge from our Beirut branch: Henry Chehab Street, facing Golf Club, Beirut (Tel: +961 1 847 770). Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can pay online by card or pay cash on pickup. We will contact you when your order is ready; please collect it within 3 working days, after which the order is cancelled. Questions? Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If your country is not covered, checkout will tell you right away. Contact us at eshop@ghaddar.com or on WhatsApp for details.
How can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are possible until 11:00 PM Beirut time (9:00 PM GMT) on the day you place the order. Email eshop@ghaddar.com to request a change.
Can I ship to an address other than my card billing address?
Yes.
When is my order dispatched?
Within 5 business days, excluding holidays. For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, the 5 days start on the following Monday.
